These are modifiers that any players can acquire. There are some that help you, some that harm you, and some can do both! There are also some add-ons. Each one is unique in the way it affects the player.
Some add-ons are only received from other players, such as Cleansed or Knighted. These are known as Betrayal Add-ons. These will not be covered on this page. Add-ons in the "Other" Tab are ones that aren't found on the add-ons tab in TOHE itself. This includes ones in Game Modifiers.

Below are settings to make the game more balanced based on your lobby's style of gameplay:
- Display Add-Ons next to the role name
- : Add-Ons will be displayed next to players' Roles
- : Add-Ons will not be displayed next to players' Roles
- Players can have multiple Add-Ons
- : Players can have more than one Add-On (up to 15)
- : Add-Ons will be handed out as they normally would
- Add Brackets To Add-Ons
- : Brackets will appear around a players’ Add-Ons for a cleaner look
- : Add-Ons will be displayed as they normally would
