Trickery


The Illusionist can use their kill button on a player to reverse the results of any investigative role. For example, if someone with a kill button is Illusioned, they will appear not to have a kill button to the Investigator, and vice versa.
Depending on the host's settings, Illusions wear off after meetings.
With the Necronomicon, you may double-click to kill. Every kill you make appears as a random death reason.

Cases:
  • Fortune Teller & Overseer
    • Non- Illusioned: Appears as a random enabled role
    • Illusioned: Appears as a random enabled role
  • Inspector & Oracle
    • Non- Illusioned: Appears as

  • Investigator
    • Non- Illusioned: Will always show that they have a kill button
    • Illusioned: Will show that they do not have a kill button
  • Psychic
    • Non- Illusioned: Name is forced to be red
    • Illusioned: Nothing changes
  • Witness
    • Non- Illusioned: Will always show that they have killed
    • Illusioned: Will never show that they have killed

  • Illusion Cooldown
    • Set how long the Illusionist has to place an Illusion on a player
  • Max Illusions
    • Set how many Illusions the Illusionist can place in one game

  • Reset Illusions After Meeting
    • : All Illusions will be cleared after a meeting ends
    • : Illusions will last the whole game
  • Remove Illusions When Illusionist Dies
